Just signed up for FIT DAY to start tracking all my nutrients when I start the diet. I see there is a spot for goals where you can list your max allowed.

Just wondering what some of yours are that are trying to concieve a girl.

I would think
Calories
Mag
Calcium
Sodium
Potassium

are the most important. What your Max's and Min's? Thanks!

Calories - 1500-1800
Protein - 40 g
Fat - as little as you can possibly stand
Mag - 250
Cal - 12-1800
sodium - 700-1000 mg

I personally think the cals, protein, and fat is more important than the minerals but you can do both!
potassium - 2500-3500 mg
