Ultrasound tech says HE but wont confirm boy or girl :(

Hi Ladies,
Not sure if this is a good 1138411385photo for guessing but the ultrasound tech keeping saying 'he' but then backed off when I directly asked.. any ideas? Thanks :)

most techs say 'he' regardless, with all the scans with my little one they keep calling her 'he' til i have asked them to check and they have specifically looked down there. I think its just cause it sounds better than 'it'.

Can't see any gender clues in the pics but then i'm not the best at this - how far along are you, would they not tell you?
