Hi ladies, I'm worried that I haven't been as good this past week with diet and supplements as dh and I have been sick. I think dh went 5 days without releasing as well and we didn't take supp as they were making us more sick. Also I couldn't eat like I should have been due to not feeling well. My next attempt is in about 2.5 weeks and we had been very good on diet and supp since April 22 but like I said this last week has been not so great. Do you think it's ok if we are good till attempt or should I wait?? All in all we will have been on diet and supp for almost 7 weeks with one wonky week in the middle. Advice is greatly appreciated! Well, I really can't say if you should try or not - it has to do with your age, how much weight you've gained, how sick you really were, and how much you'd regret it if you TTC and got an opposite (you can always get an opposite even with a perfect sway, but I mean if you will be haunted by trying this month.)

If you are young and/or have not gained much weight, then wait a month.

If you are older and/or have gained a lot of weight, then try.

If you only have mild gender desire and are young and plan to have more kids, go ahead and try.

Well, we have been really good otherwise and were not that sick, I just couldnt eat as much as I should have basically for about 5 days.

Just that older moms do not have months to spare waiting, never know when it's the last fresh egg in the carton!!! (looks like you figured that out but for anyone else wondering.)
