Hi everyone, been lurking around on this site now for a while so thought I'd introduce myself.
My name is Clare and I live in Yorkshire in the UK.
I have 2 beautiful boys but would love a girl to balance things up a bit - feeling a bit outnumbered. Found it really interesting to read all the stuff on here about what can influence the gender. All a bit confusing though so have signed up to the personal plan, excited to read it and get going and hopefully I might get my girly!!

Hi! I live in Hebden Bridge (and work in Halifax, though I'm on maternity leave now!) This forum helped me get my girl (due any day) - well, maybe, or it was just luck. ;) It is certainly worth a try, though. Best of luck!

Wow I can't believe you live so close its a small world I live at Savile Park! Congratulations, I hope the birth goes well, I bet you're so excited to meet your little girl.
It is definatly worth a go, if someone was to come up with a surefire way to get either gender they would make a fortune. Fingers crossed ill get my girl too next year! Nice to meet u.

Hi Ladies of Yorkshire and around
Im really feeling at home now with all of u in the surrounding areas. Im from bradford and have 3 girls. So if u any tips feel free to ask. Im after a little prince so please help me with what u did or u think u did to conceive a boy?
I work Mon to Fri and hubby worked nights so we only really bd once or twice a week on the weekends. I didnt kbow anything about doing it on ov or doing it frequently so I know that is one thing I can start doing more.
These days everyone thinks 2 kids are enough and frown when u say im pregnant again, what do u guys think is 4 too much?

Great to know there are others on here from Yorkshire and the UK. I will be hopefully ttc from August depends how confident I feel with how the diet etc is going. Desperate4blue I think you shouldn't really care about what other people think if its what you want then go 4 it, though I do know what you mean, I admire people who have more than 2 because its not easy I struggle with mine at times! Having read stuff on here I think testosterone maybe has a strong sway so we will be looking at ways to reduce our levels, maybe for a boy you should look for ways to increase it - I don't know if timing is that important they say but maybe if we try doing everything the opposite way it might work!
