Are these good for a boy sway? I keep forgetting to ask, as I have these daily :suprise:

I would say Yes because they are rich in potassium:) Heres a quick link to another good potassium list, needless to say I have started eating tomato puree from the tube :bigsmile:

Raisins and sulatanas are pretty much the same thing aren't they?

LOL ELP that would be a sight, seeing someone eating the paste from a tube! (don't give me crazy ideas lol)

And raisins are grapes just like sultanas but they are taken at different stages aren't they and dried a bit differently??

And raisins are grapes just like sultanas but they are taken at different stages aren't they and dried a bit differently?? I thought it was something lke that:) I wouldn't have thought it would make much difference to the poatassium content either way though:agree:

I had to google lol
Saltanas are made from green grapes and raisins are made from dark grapes! Sultanas are sweeter, lighter and more moist and less acidic.

So there ya go lol
