Does either the B-complex vitamin (lower doses of each B vitamin) or just B12 or B6 vitamins sway pink, blue, or neutral? This month was a bust so I am on to next month, this cycle will be cycle 6 ttc blue and cycle 3 with HE diet. My LP is 11-12 days, but mostly 11 days on average. I am looking into either taking B6 alone to lengthen LP, B12 alone to increase energy to be able to decrease my coffee intake, taking a b-complex, or taking each med seperately for higher doses. I am also taking a prenatal, fish oil, and extra folic acid. I obviously have concieved 2 dds on a short lp, but I am not sure if my lp is inhibiting me from being pg this time around. I have hypothyroidism, which is currently medically stable, so I don't want to add too much that might change that. My dd1 took us almost a year to concieve as I had a m/c (wk7) before her but we didn't use preseed until the month we concieved her. My dd2 was concieved the first month we tried and we also used preseed. I guess I, like everyone else who may be having a hard time getting pg, am very impatient and each af comes as a dissapointing start to a new cycle. Any one have any suggestions for either or doseage recommendations? Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Well join my crowd, I am on my 8th month of TTC blue. I believe B vitamins are a good thing for blue sway, but get final say from Cinss, Dloui or Atomic or one of the other smarty pants, they will know for sure.

I have a lot of the same issues. I have 3 girls and either pcos or a thyroid issues, either way it has been a struggle. I got prego in Nov but it was a blighted ovum. No BFP since then.

I HIGHLY recommend a personalized plan from Atomic/Nuthinbutpink. You sound like you have enough need to have things tailored to your specific issues.

Good luck!!

If I am not pg by the end of August, I plan to purchase a plan and talk to my obgyn about why I am having difficulty getting pg this time around since I will be going for my annual check up in August. I had talked to my husband about buying a plan (we try to keep eachother aware of purchases) and he had wanted me to wait anyway because we have money possibly tied up in 2 minivacations this summer and he may go out of state for a month for work this summer. I know the plans aren't that expensive, escpecially if you are trying to increase the chance of getting desired gender. I am just trying to tweak my sway a little bit more, and just trying to see if it's me thats the problem, my dh, or just that its going to take some time to get pg.

Thanks for patience, sorry it took me so long to get back to you on this.

I think a B complex is a great idea for TTC a boy for anyone with a chronically short LP. Most people will get plenty of B's from HE Diet and multivitamin, but everyone's bodies are different and it may just be that you need more than the average gal does. You may not be as good at absorbing it as others are.\

You don't need to take a super ultra mega dose, I would get the lowest Bcomplex formula available and try that. Some of the B complexes have totally insane levels of vitamins in them and it will give you the "wiggins" due to the high doses of B in them (like you drank a pot of coffee only worse)

Preseed can be a tricky bugger becasue a lot of people are in the same boat as you were, not able to get pg due to poor CM/low sperm count, either or both, and thus they need the Preseed just to get pg at all and end up having girls - Preseed itself sways blue, but if you went from 0% chance of pregnancy/conceiving a boy, to 80% likely to have a girl, the Preseed is still moving you in the direction of more fertile overall.

I took B6 because my LP was 11 days, a couple of months on it and my LP increased to 12 days consistently and now I have DS :)
