so worried.. brown discharge

hi im 9weeks tomorrow. Just seen brown discharge come out just now. Im really worried.. Has anyone experienced this

Brown is old blood. I wouldn't worry about anything brown.

hey hun yeah I did and they told me it was fine as brown blood is old blood so its not to be concerned about. Have you had sex? That's what caused brown blood for me x

Yes we had sex last night. Today this afternoon i get some brown discharge. I saw it and panicked. I never got this with my girls. So its old blood.. I sud just keep and eye on it

When you're preggo your cervix is softer and can get a little injured from sex (normal). Then because you have a lot of VJ discharge, it can wash out blood that you never would have seen otherwise. As long as it's a little bit of brown like that I would not worry about it.

Oh my gosh huds the same happened to me a few days back I woke up in the morning and wiped myself and found brown discharge, I panicked so much as I never had this with my dughter either. I rang the prenatal clinic the nurse spoke to me and said its nothing to worry about could be just old blood and can sometimes come from our placenta.. Thankfully after that I never got anything..
You'll be fine, it's just abit scary as we never experienced this before with previous pregnancies.

Thanks afy, i really hope nothing else comes out! I was abit worried when i saw it as i didnt know if it was common or not. Since the afternoon i cant help but go to the loo to check. Cant wait for the 12week scan :-(

Only just seen this. It can be such a scare when you see blood of any colour when you are not expecting it. From what I've read it is very common. Hope both you and afy are ok xx
