baby aspirin 100 mg

As I can't find (here in Italy) baby aspirin 75 mg I would like to ask if baby aspirin of 100 mg is ok? Starting with 1 and after a few weeks (if it goes well) start taking 2...

You may be able to find it in the chemists under a different name as some well a lot of people take it daily to prevent heart attacks and strokes as my father does. His is called Cartia I think?? pretty sure ...see you wouldn't know it was Asprin from the name. I was only able to find the 100mg as well and I plan on taking 75mg as I brought the wrong dose but I will just cut it in four and take 3 pieces lol pill cutters are pretty good :p

100 is fine, just space the dose a little farther out.
