this may have been asked before if so I apologize but the IG diet I have is unclear on this.
Do you have to eat full fat items like yogurts, cottage cheeses? Or can you eat skim/fat free?
Do you have to drink full fat milk or can you drink skim milk?
Also, can you eat egg product (it is real eggs they just take out the fat) like EggBeaters (there's another brand like this cant remember the name..) or does it have to be shelled full fat eggs?
I hate the creaminess of full fat milk and I have a MAJOR food aversion to shelled eggs, thats why I'm asking. =) Thanks!

Egg beaters are best and everything else is allowed.

oh ok so Eggbeaters are actually good for the diet and I can eat fat free cottage chs, skim milk and fat free yogurt?

you want your diet to be low in fat. So I am assuming it is better to go with fat free cottage cheese, yogurt, and skim milk. All you have to watch is your sodium, and potassium levels in those.

Oh thats great news, I've been so worried about having to eat whole milk and real eggs thank you!!
