How large is large??
Normal dietary amounts are fine and may even help raise T levels. Super high, supplemental amounts like that found in "DIM" supplements, are probably not. DIM ( a chemical found in high amounts in broc, cauliflower, cabbage) may lower estrogen and reduce CM, possibly swaying pink.

What about if we eat it as a side with beef steak at dinner or lunch ?

Will it be good idea to eat daily as a side or should be eaten once or twice a week only esp the month of attempt ?
I would like to know also that aren't we suppose to have low estrogen when trying to concieve a boy or is it some other hormone which needs to be low when trying to concieve a boy ?

I ate broccoli regularly when I conceived both my boys. In normal quantities nearly every day with my dinner. I didn't eat it at all when TTC this one.

Daily is fine, just not the concentrated supplement form.
No one really knows what hormones sway and how. But one prominent theory claims that hight testosterone and estrogen lead to more boys conceived.
