I read that taking a cinnamon supplement lowers blood sugar. Is this true? Would it be beneficial in a girl sway?

1/4-1/2 tsp, I mix it with yoghurt, easier to consume that way, take ut with lunch. I will TTC first time in abtvthree weeks, and yes Atomic has recommended to reduce to dietary amounts after O!

I would like to know how everybody is using it as well! Also how much ???I plan to put it in my coffee of a mourning :) Yum Christmas coffee everyday :). Maybe on some toast with some sugar like 1/2 a teaspoon on two slices and it is yummy on deserts such as rice pudding! I am pretty sure I read you need a teaspoon of it a day, please correct me if I am wrong???

Has anyone heard about the supplement instead of the actual cinnamon?

I used it, just in food not as a supplement, the does might be a bit too high in a supplement. I baked lots of cinnamon rolls and ate one every day for my evening mini meal, and I put cinnamon in yogurt. I reduced the amount significantly during the 2ww though because I read that it can be used in high doses to bring on AF. So if you were to take a supplement I would only take it AF-O.

Yes please only use in normal dietary amounts after O. 1/4 tsp. is prob. safe when pg.

AAAA that's way way way too much. even a tiny amount 1/4 tsp. has been shown to lower blood sugar significantly.
Also don't take the supplement pills themselves, it's too much and you need to be able to ease off it gently in the 2ww.
