Please some clarification on Vitex

We are planning on TTC in September most likely. I'm on CD 2, currently having 35 day cycles. I purchased Vitex and want to start taking it today. Id like to take it every day since I'm not going to be on it many cycles. And I read cutting it out the month of TTC. So my question is the month of TTC do I take it until AF or O?

I took it straight for one month and then af-o during ttc month and got my bfp. Not certain about the effects of taking it several months straight.

Did it make anyone else sick? I keep throwing up after.

If you are doing Clomid, stop vitex at AF. If you are not, take it till pos OPK or 1-2 days before you expect to O, whichever comes first. You may still have a delay in ov. doing this BTW.

I have not heard of anyone throwing up after taking it - if it really isn't agreeing with you, I would drop it because it hasn't had superoutstanding success rates anyway.
