In that case, definitely a girl, haha! The only ones I know of that have been stubborn have always been girls. But I do also think its a very girly potty shot.

No clues in the first image. The legs are way too close together to see either boy or girl parts. The 2nd image, however, looks VERY promising for a baby girl. Congrats!

I agree with -lovemy4- as a scrotum can also appear that way (with the lines).
Second one, the nub, looks totally flat!
