Hello, I've read a lot on this site about swaying for a Daughter but have never posted before. I have 3 beautiful boys & am trying one more time for a Daughter. For 8 weeks I skipped breakfast (which I normally always been a breakfast person) & tried the LE Diet. I have been keeping my calories around 1,200 since normally I only eat 1,500-1,800. I am very petite. I have been doing fast walking for an hour a day. I dropped 3/4 lbs. Recently I found out I was pregnant & at 6 weeks I miscarried. I started comparing that my lifestyle changes this time resembled a lot of what I was doing a couple years ago when I had another miscarriage, I was skipping breakfast & cutting calories & putting in a hour a day on the treadmill. Back then at the time I was not swaying but just trying to lose some weight when I found out I was pregnant which ended in a miscarriage. A month later I got pregnant again with my DS2. I can see why I have 3 boys by doing a lot of reading on this site. I've always ate breakfast, meat, etc., each one of them was conceived on ovulation day & I always had a lot of EWCM. My Husband has high testosterone, very muscular & is very active. He is willing to do anything to help this sway as he would love a Daughter too. I am really trying everything possible to have a Daughter since this is it for me ( regardless I would love another boy) but am beginning to think maybe I can't conceive a girl because when it seems like it's a pretty good situation to conceive a girl I end up having a miscarriage.

So what I'm wondering is..am I doing something wrong or is it just a coincidence?

Thanks for any help. Don't know what else I could do to up my chances of a Daughter.

There are many different factors for a miscarriage. It could be anything. If it was an issue developmentally with the baby it most likely could not have been prevented.
I'm sorry for your losses. I do think you can get a girl. If your DH is so willing to help, let him! Supplements etc. You can work out but maybe still focus on eating healthily, or enough but do other aspects to sway.. Vitex, supps etc.

I thought I saw something about Vitex & Vit B combo? Have you heard of this?

I heard Vit b helps support healthy eggs.
I would recommend also that you increase your Folate. Folic acid is a synthetic form of Folate, which some people cant properly absorb. About 2000 mg of Folate per day as you've had previous mc's. It's best to start 3 months prior to conception since it takes 90 days for an egg to mature before being released. This Isn't a sway but very important.

If your body doesn't think it can support a pregnancy it won't. Even small changes are a good sway. Skip breakfast, up your calories a bit, stay vegetarian, and drop the exercise. I wouldn't add vitamins except folic acid.

Another thought~ You can also stagger calories- one day do 1200, then 1500, 1800, 1200, 1200, etc whatever way you choose.

This explains a lot http://genderdreaming.com/forum/gender-swaying-general-discussion/29504-guide-swaying-after-miscarriage.html . I'm so sorry for your losses :bighug:. As far as not thinking you can not carry a girl, it is actually boy embryos that are weaker and that is why the he diet includes so many healthy nutrients.

This is partly true. But that is not why the he diet includes more nutrients. It's because boys from conception throughout their lifespan need more calories then females. It's based on the TW theory.

Thank you guys!

One more question I had that I'm not sure about when swaying is, if I am trying to conceive a girl should I be taking fiber? Is so how much?

Yes take fiber with any meal containing fat. Tehre's no set amount, if you don't eat much fat at a particular meal, you prob. don't need it

I would stay away from B vitamins except via diet, with the exception of folic acid which all swayers should be taking.
