Is oat meal a better option for breakfast or fortified cereal with a glass of fruit/veg juice when trying to conceive a boy?
Which cereal is best for boy sway?

I had oatmeal with a tbspn of peanut butter stirred in amd a handful or raisins for sweetening, all natural all good! What do you mean by fortified cereal? Maybe have one type for breakfast and the other for bed time snack:agree:

I'm a mom of 3 boys, and I used to eat a giant bowl (probably 2 cups) of fortified cereal every morning for breakfast and at least once a week for lunch or dinner. My typical cereal was raisin bran, frosted shredded wheat, low-fat granola, wheat chex, etc.
Good luck!

asmi - both oatmeal and fortified cereals are great for swaying for a boy! I ate tons of the stuff every day when I conceived DS. I used to love really healthy organic-ey cereals like the stuff made by Kashi and I used to eat Total or Total Raisin Bran sometimes too for the extra vitamins/minerals. I also loved stuff like honey bunches of oates which has nuts and granola clusters in it too for a treat.
Oatmeal is good for boys too. Not sure if one or the other is "better" per se, but cereals are a great food for boy swayers.
A cup or two of green tea with breakfast can't hurt either when swaying for a boy. Good luck!

I would add full fat milk or yogurt, both contain protein which is excellent for a boy sway

We don't have enough data to be able to say that. Eat what you prefer. It almost certainly makes very little difference even if one was marginally better.

You need protein with cereals so either milk or yogurt, full fat is best. Do not eat just dry cereal.

Yes - please use full fat dairy or even heavy cream on your cereal or with your oatmeal. Sending you lots of blue dust. :luck:

I ate a ton of oatmeal and peanut butter for breakfast. I think Atomic called it Peanut Butter Cookie Oatmeal? It was recommended on one of the boy meal threads.

I prefer the full fat milk for cereal because heavy cream has less protein.
For the Peanut Butter Cookie oatmeal, just make a serving of oatmeal and then stir in 2 T peanut butter and sweeten to taste. This is good if you are wanting to limit dairy or just don't like oatmeal with milk (I don't.)
