can you calculate for me

I do not know in which week am I ?

the first day in my last period was 30 April 2013 .

am I in 5th or 6th or 7th week ?

6th week. My son was born on April 30th and he's 6 weeks old today.

It is confusing but if you just Google "due date calculator" you will find lots of sites that do the calculating for you and you don't even need to think about it.

You are supposed to count from the day of last menstural period because the egg that is your baby started its journey that day.
