Does anyone know if there seems to be a common BMI range that seems to help sway blue?

Not in any way that you can rely on. It is declining/improving condition that matters, and you can have that at any BMI.

Ok thanks. So for example it really doesn't matter if you were at an underweight BMI as long as around the time of conception you were eating more or more nutrient rich foods and improving your condition?

Well, unfortuantely my crystal ball is in the shop right now and I can't say. We simply don't have enough data to say for sure. I personally believe that it's best to be above BMI 21 for a boy, but people have def. gotten boys at lower BMI than that.

my bmi was 19-20.
