I think there may be a bit of cord happening down there.....but I think the bottom line may be the nub so I will ever so slightly guess girl....but I'm not overly confident!

Exactly this lol! There seems to be a lovely flat girl nub but then you can see apossible little boy bobble going on there aswell! So, so tricky but on the length of the white lines Im guessing girl, GL :)
