Does the amount of time you breastfeed determine the sway factor for it.
How many times a day.

BFing decreases overall fertility - which is good for pink. BF doesn't seem to sway as much as diet or exercise but if you find that you can incorporate BF into a sway it can only help. I found that I could not maintain regular cycles/get pg while bf, so I had to stop before I conceived.

I would think the more often and more milk you're producing would sway more pink than say, nursing 1x a day, but even nursing 1x a day I would think would sway more toward pink. The more often you nurse though, it may make it harder for you to conceive.

Seems like we have a few people here who got girls while bf and nursing at night. The lack of sleep seems to sway pink a bit too.

Good luck on your sway!

Okay thanks! My year old still nurses like 8-10 times a day and during the night. This will be getting less when I go back to work but I got the lack of sleep down.

more would be better than less! We just don't know how much and it's prob. different for everyone anyway.
