I'm not sure off the top of my head.

I personally do not believe in this at all for swaying. If your numbers go outside of a pretty narrow range, it's because you are extremely sick and you can die from that happening. Here is a lady who did blood tests and after 6 weeks, her levels really didn't change in any appreciable way. She is a doctor BTW so there is no doubt about what her results are or that they've been misinterpreted http://genderdreaming.com/forum/trying-conceive-girl/6092-blood-testing-before-starting-sway-ca-sodium-etc.html

Aside from that it has never been proven that yoru blood calcium/sodium levels equate in any way to the level of calcium ions in your CM. Your body makes CM out of raw materials and EVERYONE'S CM has calcium and sodium ions in it, it is supposed to.

I suspect that your calcium has been tested using a different scale than what that other poster used so please don't panic about how different your numbers seem.

But doesnt calcium and Magnesium dry up CM a Little? or is it just to lower ph?

i forgot the normal ranges :

Cal : 2.41 (NL 2.16-2.62)
Mag: 0.71 (NL 0.75-1.00)

calcium and magnesium RAISE pH and anyone who doubts it can ask Tamara.

I wouldn't really worry too much about these numbers as I think it just adds unnecessary stress to your sway.

I would try to make up my mind if you want to include Cal and Mag supplements in your sway and/or you want to limit your sodium/potassium intake at the time. Not so much what is already in your body, but what you are putting in whilst swaying if that makes sense.

Your body works hard (kidneys, endocrine glands) to keep your electrolytes in balance. If out of tefernce value, indicates illness! If you eat too much salt you will feel thirsty, then you drink and the kneus get rid of excess salt! This works within hours! Your body (heart especially) depends on these salt being within a range.

I hope this makes sense...
