Trying to remember How much are we soposed to use whole applicator?
Oh and for after a swim too? If its the same stuff.
Wanting to take DS to the pool (I won't be swimming really just bobbing in water with him.

I think in the essay it says half before, half after.

no one knows how much to use. I doubt the whole applicator is necessary.

With the swimming, it doesn't matter whether you swim or not, the point is that the chemistry in the poolwater may sway blue. So just coming into contact with it is what matters.
