Could still be leg but it kinda looks nubish to me and is in right spot. Hopefully youll get some more guesses!

I really think that's part of the leg and that's to big for being a nub. Maybe just under the lines you have circled you might see a hint of a girly nub.

under the lines is too low. but you're right the lines do look big so either out of focus and blurred (which is what i first thought) or leg.
