I posted this in another thread because I'm not sure where I should post this question. Please bear with me, I'm still learning how to navigate this site!

Thanks,
Sasha:bigsmile:

I think a good basic book to read is Taking Charge of Your Fertility by Toni Wechsler. (the gender selection part has misinformation, but the rest of the book is very good)

It depends on what you are trying to cure and how long you have been having issues getting pregnant but a good book to read is by Dr. Greene. I liked TCOYF but it was pretty basic once I realized what my issues were. If it is unknown fertility that is a good place to start to maybe find the right direction. Your best bet is to talk with a reproductive endocrinologist so that you can have the appropriate testing done.

Two really good books that I have read(I did read the Toni Weschler book, too) are Inconceivable, by Julia Indichova(awesome) and The Infertility Cure, by Randine Lewis. Both are really good and I have noticed a huge change in things for my own health in using their suggestions. Inconceivable I purchased the other two I checked out at my library. Hope this helps.

I also liked Fertility Foods by Dr. Jeremy Groll - it is very helpful for people with PCOS and other sugar-related infertility.
