Comments regarding DW's diet changes-
Very strict LE diet for roughly last 8 months, before that I did IG diet. My last two months on LE were upper limits of diet but not over. 6 months of LE diet was under or right on the lowest recommended levels. Cheats only occasionally in 2ww. In the month I conceived I added in 1 piece of toast with jam for breakfast and meat 3 x a week. I had been TTC 18 months and on some sort of diet the whole time, I had nothing left and needed to give my body something to use to get pg.
If diet was used, length of time before attempt?
8 months on LE, and before that IG diet for 10 months.
Did you skip breakfast regularly?
Yes
Did DH change his diet with you?
Yes
Comments regarding DH's diet-
Dh was nowhere near as strict but gave up meat for most dinners since I rarely cooked it while on LE.

DId you try to limit caffeine?
Yes, I had 1 drink per day

WEIGHT AND EXERCISE
What did you weigh/BMI do leading up to O?
60 kg leading up to o. 20 bmi.
Any Weight/Exercise related additional info/comments?
No exercise at all. With ds 1 and 2 I exercised every other day, was keen to avoid this and couldn't do it every day due to not wanting to loose much more weight. I was at 19 bmi at one stage while swaying and almost stopped ovulating. My weight had been steady for 2 months when I conceived though.

Any additional comments?
Since I was on my third month of clomid, I intended to have more attempts but dh got gastro and then a cold, during our attempts he still had a cold. We ended up doing a 9 day abstain before our first attempt at o-2 and a second attempt 2 days later on o day. I literally felt o pains 10 mins after we dtd.

Any additional supplement info?
Dh took olive leaf extract in small doses the month we conceived, since we had tried so long. He was also on calc mag tablets. A few months prior he had taken cranberry for 6 months. I took asprin for about 6 months then stopped when I started clomid. This was my third cycle on 50mg clomid prescribed to lengthen my short luteal and bring ov earlier in cycle (it was late).
Did you do anything with Ions?
No
Moon Phase during conception?
Waning Gibbous
Did you use any Old Wives Tales?
Girl outfit under bed (ridiculous I know).
Things that make me feel great about my sway:
I swayed hard on IG for 10 months then found this site and the LE diet made so much more sense. I was inspired and went a little to hard on it, loosing too much weight too fast then backed myself into a corner and had a month where I almost didn't ovulate (finally happened cd24) and I realised I needed to relax a bit. I started clomid that month so I felt I could get away with more, and went to the middle of the diet limits. After another bfn I went to mid to upper limits of the diet and included meat 3 x a week (still within the limits) and 1 pierce of toast with jam for breakfast. I was on month 3 of clomid 50mg and only had two attempts. Dh was sick with gastro leading up to attempts and had a cold during the attempts. I never snacked, even in 2ww. Everything about swaying girl was totally different to how I naturally lived and ate.
Things that make me nervous about my sway:
Adding meat that last month and breakfast evern if it was a LE friendly one. I sometimes had a cheat day or two in 2ww (but still didnt snack). Wish I'd been able to exercise daily. I am anaemic and had to take an iron supp. I took one that had only iron in it and whenever I missed a dose I would get dizzy and feel faint so I hope that means my body needed it badly enough that it doesn't sway against me.

I had 5 chemicals while TTC, two were in the two months leading up to my BFP. They were horrible. I hope at least they sway for me.

Oh crap baby brain. I was also on raspberry leaf tea the month I conceived. Atomic put me on it due to my mid cycle spotting and short luteal indicating my lining may need some quality improvement. Seemed to work! I drank 2-3 cups a day with meals.

Hi hon,

Somebody told me that ms was a low protein and low blood sugar thing, so previously I had just snacked to help it, which did a bit, but now I'm making sure the snacks are high protein and it has helped SO much. I haven't been waking up at 3am spending 2hrs with my head in the toilet anyway. Still nauseous here and there. I wish I'd known this when pg with the boys!! What an idiot I was eating crackers when a handfuls of almonds and a glass of milk would have done more!

My scan is Tuesday week (next Monday for you I think).

How are you??

Great news about your ms.... I never knew that either, and would of killed for some relief this time round! lol oh well, I never thought I'd get through it but I did! Finally, after 18 wks!
Sooo exciting about your scan. Im just in Perth WA so your scan is also tues for me. I'll be stalking to hear how it goes!
Im ok, this has been a really rough preg. My iron is really low, which isn't helping. And ive just got soooo many aches and pains this time that I never had before. I keep grizzling to my OB, but he just says "well of course you're in pain, this is your 4th pregnancy in 4 yrs - its your body's way and telling you you need a break!" haha now you tell me - its a little late for that! lol But my little bubs is all healthy and doing well so that's the main thing. Just sooooo hard with 3 other little ones at home....

I am so impressed that you managed such a great sway for so long. The iron and added nutrients from meat wouldn't have made your body think 'good times are here' just not 'times are soooo hard I can't risk getting pregnant'. That and clomid- well I think you have an amazing chance.

Thanks for all your help and comments on the forums. You were my go-to swaying guru TTTTC (trying to try to conceive) while DH was away EVERY O:)
