Im only taking Vitex, Folic Acid, and Vit C for supps. My hubs is taking Licorice root, and cranberry. Just to clarify, on thr bottle of the lr it says take three, three times daily, but he has been taking one three times daily, is that correct? Also two cranberry a day.
Should he be taking calc, mag, even though I'm not?
We are debating our attempt in approx 4-6 weeks..I think. Is that enough time? Im just super stressed and depressed. I feel discouraged already so don't know how long I could stick to it.

Different herbs are formulated differently and I have no idea how much he is taking so you need to give me more to go on.
Some people decide to give their husbands cal/mag. The stats we have from IG showed NO difference in gender ratio with husbands taking cal-mag and those who didn't, so if it makes you feel better to give them to him, it's fine.
What I would do is a superstrict sway the first montha nd just count on getting BFN.

With the lr you say take 2 weeks on, two off. But with our. Attempt close should it be full time?

You don't WANT BFN necessarily but if you're worried about not having enough time on diet, then that would ensure that you'll have longer!!!
No, it should not be full time. LR is never to be taken longer than 14 days.
