I didn't change my diet very much, a typical day's meals for me goes like this - coffee first thing, musli, vegimite on toast, ham and cheese sandwich, salad for dinner, meat with dinner 3 times a week. I was drinking water with an alkalizing stick in it every day.
I am taking Elevit every night and DP is taking Menevit.
I tracked lh surge with opk for 6 months before trying, while doing this i realised i was feeling mittelschmerz every cycle. My cycle is 33 days long and i typically O on day 17-18. I got my +opk on the 29th of April, then mittelschmerz on the 30th, as soon as i felt the pain i had a bsb for about 10mins, my ph level b4 the bath was 5, and after the bath 9. CM was nothing but ew.
We did the rear entry position and i lay with hips elevated for about an hour afterwards.
So basically i am relying on the timing method and raising my ph the moment of O. I didnt know anything about swaying when we concieved our first daughter, we were just dtd every second day. I am now on the 2ww and fx i get a bfp on the 14th of this month.
