I am about 85 days from my first ttc cycle in sept. I am 95/96 lbs (bmi 18.5) right now which is easy to maintain and can get down to 89/90 and still ovulate. When should I start dropping the lbs - in the cycle/weeks of right before my ttc cycle or more gradually further out? Plus I don't really exercise but I am walking the stairs more and wondering if I should drop that since I am not going to do the crazy exercise option. Any advice?

At your weight and BMI you should not lose ANYTHING. It's best for you to just cut back on protein/fat/cals and increase intake of carbs and try to hold steady where you're at. if you have no weight to spare it's best to do diet, try to hold steady, and then if a lb. or two come off while you sway, it is prob. going to be ok. Big mistake to lose 5 lbs and then try to hold steady when every ounce may make the difference between O and no O.
