Do you think two, three weeks is enough exercise? One hour, about 700 cals per day.

Personally I'd exercise for at least 6 weeks if you want to include exercise in your sway. I asked Atomic about adding in exercise during the "home stretch" of my sway so to speak in those last few weeks and she gave me some good things to think about in favor of not doing it...but now I can't remember what they were!

I think it needs to be 6 weeks because when you first start exercise, your testosterone will go up and your estrogen will not have time to go down. Then over time both T and E will fall with the exercise but it doesn't happen right away.
