CM question

This month I had basically none. I had no EWCM, only creamy. I am not even sure if I ovulated as I am not tracking yet and that is how dry I am. If this continues do you think I need to still add an antihistamine?

No, if you have no CM you do not need an antihistamine and you may even want to forgo the abstinence/frequent release because you may need higher sperm numbers on hand to ensure there are enough to make it to the egg.
