Okay, this seems like a very easy supplement to add into the diet and it really seems to help (makes sense if you think that in times of maternal decline, people may eat things without much nutrition but very fibrous).
What is the best supplement? I used to take some chewable tablets daily, would something like that work? Does it matter at all? Or are people with success taking something particular?
Sorry if there is an FAQ about this, couldn't find it!

It doesn't matter. I take Psyllium fibre capsules, dosage on bottle. Easiest way to me, no gross taste.

I have been using metamucil, that kind you dissolve in water with orange taste, it contains aspartame as well. Worked fine for me :)

I think chitosan or psyllium or the inulin fiber are all good.

because fiber absorbs fat and fat soluble nutrients (these raise testosterone) that you get from foods, so your body can't use them.
