Hi ! I'm new here. Two boys and would like to try for a girl this time.
I'm reviewing the LE diet- and the goal is 40-50 g protein. I use a lot of protein/diet products, right now a lot of fit frappe protein drink (10 grams a day) and Quest bars - 20 grams on days I have them. I'm wondering if these products are ok to use when swaying? I'm not a meat eater, so I don't get much protein throughout my day unless I have beans/cheese/dairy, which is occasional.
Would these protein products sway blue??
