Not sure if anyone else was interested in this but I emailed them yesterday to ask if there was any type of acid in the ingredients, just to clarify!!

Thank you for your email. The ingredients in the RepHresh Gel are as follows:

Now it still worked well for me as far as keeping pH down....I just wanted to clarify the ingredients just to see if it had any type of acid in it. Im not trying to say it doesnt so therefore its not a good choice.....I will probably be using it again for my next attempt!

You know what else I was curious about, is I also saw at Walmart Rephresh Pro-B capsules! I believe they are a probiotic, and Im not sure if that sways but its an interesting thought! Does anyone know their purpose or if it helps pH from the inside (digestive system) kind of like supplements or CL does???

I wonder if the pro-b caps are just an over prices acidophilus because if so then those are an iffy thing that can either lower or raise your ph so you have to watch closely.

My ob Dr said the Rephresh Pro-B are not worth it if the person is healthy. It is mostly for menapause because of the ingredients. He says yogurt is the best because it is digested better then pills.

NO, unfortunately RepHresh doesn't have acetic acid. It says in the IG FAQ that it DOES have acetic acid and I was going off of that but thanks to a diligent member, we found out that wasn't true.

After that I looked up the ingredients and there IS some acid in there, it's a component of one of the things on the label.

Probiotics can help sway but they are NOT reliable and I would just stick with a regular probiotic like acidophilus because they will be cheaper!
