Comments regarding DW's diet changes-
Very different to my normal healthy living, grazing style.

Yes
Did DH change his diet with you?

Comments regarding DH's diet-
Less meat, ate some soya
DId you consume alcohol? A couple of drinks per week
DId you try to limit caffeine?
No, I did not factor that into my sway
Any Diet Details?
I was really good for the first 4 months, then I got ill in April and had to have anti-Bs. I was overall fairly good, had some cheats, mostly sweet things, tried to avoid salt altogether. Possibly ate too little, but my ill month made me drop a lot of weight.
Any Diet Comments/Additional Info?
It was not easy for me, skipping breakfast and being vegetarian we're easy. Not snaking and eating less calories was a killer!

50/51 kg BMI 17/18
Any Weight/Exercise related additional info/comments?
Tried not to, but I do have two small boys and an allotment garden so some, but no proper exercise.

We did not want to get pregnant this cycle, so my husband pulled out. This has stopped us getting pregnant for years, but not this time! I'm really hoping there were very few swimmers in the pre-ejaculate.

Things that make me feel great about my sway:
Very low sperm count, surely!
Weight as low as I go
Took my supps
Very relaxed as wasn't planning on getting p he duff this month!
Things that make me nervous about my sway:
Great multi O sex :/
DTD before Ovulation
DH not taken supps
I had cheated on diet previous fortnight hence skipping
I had also been working a it too hard on the garden
Didn't use any fanny goo
Things worth mentioning:
I think I probably brought my chances back to 50:50, which is better than my blatant boy sways for the last two!
I just ave to hope upon hope than an X met an X and they are happily making us a daughter.
