TTC a Girl Sway Attempt

Comments regarding DW's diet changes-
I became vegetarian, was very hard for me as we eat a lot of meat.
Everything I ate was very bland, boring and low in nutritional value
If diet was used, length of time before attempt?
12 weeks +
Did you skip breakfast regularly?
Yes
Did DH change his diet with you?
No
Comments regarding DH's diet-
DH didn't change his diet but I did try to reduce his red meat intake, swapped it for chicken or fish where possible.
DId you consume alcohol? Often- daily
DId you try to limit caffeine?
Yes, I cutback
Any Diet Details?
I don't drink caffeine and haven't for years, I continued with a daily glass (or two) of wine. I skipped breakfast daily for the duration and limited myself to two meals daily. First meal was 12pm ish and the second 8pm ish. Strictly no snacking, I found this REALLY difficult, didn't realise how much I pick throughout the day.
I remained vegetarian throughout but the month I fell pregnant I had chicken 2DPO (hoping that wont matter). I rarely cheated with food on the diet but often went over on calories due to the wine, however was still steadily losing weight.
I drank 1-2 pints of caffeine free diet coke daily

For January & Feburary I took both vitex and saw palmetto.
March I stopped vitex and saw palmetto and replaced it with clomid.
I took clomid specifically for swaying purposes (CD3-7 50mg)
DH took LR in small amounts infrequently
Did you do anything with Ions?
I have worn rose quartz earrings and a negative ion bracelet continuously since January.
Had a sauna once weekly
Painted finger and toe nails weekly
Hot showers daily
Used lavender body wash
Put lavender essential oil in my body lotion
Moon Phase during conception?
New Moon
Did you use any Old Wives Tales?
Wooden spoon with a pink and lilac ribbon tied around it (in a pretty bow) under my mattress
Things that make me feel great about my sway:
I was religious with my supplements which I'm hoping will help.
I also never had breakfast and stuck to two meals a day, I was always hungry leading up to my second meal
Things that make me nervous about my sway:
I am nervous about everything. Did I do enough? What could/should I have done differently? Should I have lost more weight? Should I have cut out alcohol? Maybe followed the extreme exercise?
I have seen some very good and thorough sways get opposites. Hoping, wishing and praying for a pinkie
Things worth mentioning:
Both DH and I had less than 6 consecutive hours sleep a night for the duration of my sway (DS2 was a bad sleeper). I heard that this can reduce testosterone levels.
I have also been praying nightly that I would be blessed this time with a little girl, keeping my fingers crossed
