i know i have a lot of time while i am ttc in 2015. I meaning not yet i doning the le diet.
But my question is when should i start adding things like ( coffee, diet coke) into my life?
is it fine to start that from now on? or would my Body would like getting used to it for more 2 years??
And how about Vitamine A? we are eating a lot of chicken liver! should i stop it from now? or is it early? :worry:
