What is the purpose of the full fat milk instead of skim? What does the skim seem to sway girl? Also does that include organic milks? We drink organic fat free milk and have been for over a year now. Is this something I need to be worried about? My sway is 6 weeks away tomorrow so I want to know if I should be going to the store? Also does it matter what DH is drinking when it comes to milk? He only uses it for cereal.

Yes, I would be worried about it.
Full fat dairy has saturated fat and fat + Vit D = higher testosterone. Both for you and for DH. Plus, something in full fat milk helps fertility. No one knows how or why.
Organic has NOTHING to do with it. Organic milk, hey great, but skim milk is bad regardless.
Something in the skim milk is bad for fertility. They don't know what that is, but it's been shown repeatedly in studies - women who drink skim milk vs. full fat milk are less likely to get pg.

So I have a problem. DH is refusing to drink whole milk. (I am going to switch though) can I help by having him eat extra cheese like sharp cheddar to snack on?

DH doesn't need to do it, the full fat dairy is primarily for YOU. He can get saturated fat anywhere.
Having him snack on cheese is great!!

Oh ok good! I thought it was for both of us! I have been buying butter that advertises omega 3s and all that stuff ESP for DH. And I am actually enjoying the whole milk! I think it makes my cereal taste better. Thanks again for the quick response. I ran out to the store like 3 hours later haha!
