Okay so, opinions please because my O date is fast approaching.
Have no been on LE, have not lost weight.
Have not been eating healthy, so not many nutrients.
My hair is dry, weak, breaking. My eyelashes are falling out and my nails are cracking.
I need nutrients, like a multi vitamin.
What's best? TTC with my body like it is now...no weight loss not many nutrients.
Or doing an LE diet of sorts but adding in a multi vitamin. I really want my eyelashes!

I don't know my BMI. I'm 5'4 and weigh 118-120ish. Everyone could generally lose a few lbs but I'm a size two so not big either. And I like all replies! So thank you!

Ok, I need more info about what you're eating.
The LE Diet is not only about cutting back, it's also about getting enough nutrients for your health and to have a healthy pg and if you are not doing that, we need to correct it.
I think it's a terrible idea to eat a lousy diet and then take a multivitamin. That's like the worst of both worlds - bad for your health and bad for your sway. Because there are lots of nutrients that are not IN multivitamins and if it's those you are lacking, a multi will not fix the problem and will wreck your sway anyway.
LE Diet is NOT starvation, it's not no nutrients.

Far from starving that's why I said my blood sugar is kept up.
Honestly I'm pretty much just eating chocolate and cheese pizza.
I was thinking of doing a strict LE but adding a multi vitamin because I can't stand whatever is making my hair and nails crap. But then I was wondering if TTC under my current conditions might be better. Not many nutrients but blood sugars up always pretty much.

I want a baby now. So I don't want to take a few months to sway. If I get a boy I am honestly okay with that. But next time I'll plan ahead and do the sway given to me!

Hmmm that doesn't sound healthy at all and you don't look like you have any spare lbs on you (judging by your pic)

Well, if you only eat one or two foods, that IS a kind of starvation really.
You can't possibly be getting enough protein or potassium that way, and protein and potassium aren't going to be in a prenatal anyway. Also very concerned about your iodine intake, because the sodium that's in cheese pizza is more than likely not going to be from iodized salt and above all else that's probably what is making your hair and nails bad. Hypothyroidism - Dr. Weil's Condition Care Guide (http://www.drweil.com/drw/u/ART03192/Hypothyroidism.html)
Also iron and zinc would be very low in that type of diet.
I really can't say what's best for you to do. My fear is that if you are having thyroid problems due to a poor iodine intake, you are setting yourself up for a potential miscarriage. Above all else you need to rectify the lack of potassium in your diet NOW - while it is possible that you are getting enough (there would be some in the pizza) I doubt it.

I probably don't get enough Potassium no. But I don't know foods that have it that are allowed. I have digestive issues so it limits a lot of what I can eat. On a normal bases I'd eat whole grain bread, Quinoa, fruit etc. But usually things that aren't on the LE.

You can have wholegrain bread and fruit on LE Diet. And quinoa would actually be a great idea because it is high in potassium.
Coconut water, fruit, veg, dairy. All good sources of potassium.
I really recommend getting your thyroid checked. That's what it sounds like to me. You would need 150 IU iodine, but you may actually need to go in and get it checked before starting the iodine because if it's really malfunctioning you would need prescription medication.
