Which is better to get? I'am really interested in the diet the most but not sure which would be the best just getting the diet plan or the whole custom plan?

It depends on your needs.

The custom plan covers everything BUT diet (has a few diet tips but not in depth diet info) and is personalized for you. It's 12-15 pages long for TTC pink. Then, you also get the private forum with the 6 months of coaching where I help you put together a diet on your own, using foods you like and are familiar with.

The 21 day diet plan has lots of meal ideas, recipes, nutrient data, but nothing else besides diet. It's not customized but does have tips on how to change things up to make the diet work better for you personally. It's 78 pages long.

So I feel like either way you get a good value, it's just more about what you personally need. Some people have been hanging around various sway forums for ages and know everything about swaying in general, but need more help with LE Diet. Others have a good understanding of diet but need more help with other stuff and/or want the coaching.

I always appreciate people buying the plans because it enables me to do this as a job rather than having to return to work, so I appreciate you considering it! thank you!

Are the recipes in the meal plan easy to follow?

Most are, with a few "special occasions" ones.

Is it just recipes or does it kinda tell you what to eat in general? Sorry so many questions.

No not at all, for everyone who asks, 10 others are wondering.

It has 21 days of meals with nutrient data (some have recipes, some are storebought foods, I was trying to sort of give an overview of all kinds of different things all in one) and then some recipes and helpful references in it.
