I will be leaving out of town for 2 plus weeks here are my cardio DVD choices...ZUmba, Insanity or Turbo Fire which one would you gals choose to take if you were in my place?I power walk/stroller jog every day for 60 minutes. SO I will make sure I continue 60 minutes f cardio. Please give me your input on which DVD is best. TIA :)

Insanity is definitely way to muscle building. Which would increase T. Zumba may be the best choice if Its a fast base one. I feel most exercise videos incorporate lots of muscle building exercises in them. Even cardio ones. Turbo fire is great because Its intense but I can't remember if it has muscle building in it.

The power walking in itself sounds really good. I wish I could do the exercising but I tore two muscles in my back. Arghhh.

Becca I love powerwalking, but will be unable to do it while out of town...:( leaving me with DVD choices

Oooh okay. Hmmm.
What about Turbo Jam? There is one that is mostly cardio. I think Its like 30 mins or so but you could do it twice. Gosh wish I could remember the exact name.
