Hello!
We have two adorable little boys (3 & almost 2) and will be swaying for a girl around April-Summer 2014. It's pretty far out so I'm not sure what I need to do at this point. I plan on doing a natural sway and learning as much as I can in the meantime.

One question I did have. I've been wanting to get in shape lately, tone up with weights etc. I have a bit of weight to lose. I was actually thinner right after I had my second son than I am now. I've been putting some weight on around my tummy(ahhh high testosterone?).

I've been doing a bit of reading on the forum and noticed Muscle mass sways blue? I still have quite awhile before my sway so when should I get serious about the LE diet and everything. Thanks!

That's a long time away so I wouldn't worry. I think if you had muscle and slowly it started to diminish as diet when on that that would be good for a sway.

Yes - if you're doing LE next year don't worry about what you're doing now and what you did before so much. Plenty of time to change your habits and adjust your internal dials for pink.:)

So building muscle mass now and then starting the LE diet 90 days out should be ok?

That should be fine but I'd recommend at least weaning yourself somewhat into the diet. Like just skipping breakfast etc more in advance. Its too hard going cold turkey. 90 days ahead of time is best for starting supps as well.

fat around the belly is generally linked to high estrogen, not testosterone.

If you are not swaying till 2014 I think it is a great idea for you to work out and even build a little muscle mass. But do not get down as low in weight as you possibly can - save a nice bit of padding for losing just before your sway.
