Is anyone doing this to lose baby weight? If so, how many calories are you aiming for etc?

Yes, I am right now. I'm not counting cals but I'm going to have to start because I've plateaued after losing 7 lbs. I will do 1800 cals to start and see what happens. :)

I forgot to mention that i am breastfeeding. What are my miniums that I should aim for so i dont hurt my supply? I am just at the 12 week mark now so i should be established.

I am too J, and I am going to try 1800 and see what happens. Normally I need a lot of carbs and a lot of cals when I am nursing so hoping that I can still have enough milk with 1800.

It's been 13 weeks since my little one was born and I hardly lost any weight (only 4 pounds) and I still have 1.5 stone to go. Can someone advise what's the most healthy diet while nursing?

I've always had a hard time losing weight till baby was about 6 months old, so I have no advice!! I hope it works out for you - by the time a year had passed my weight did come off but it took its own sweet time!!
