I had such a clear complexion while on BC but ever since I stopped it I have definitely noticed an increase in breakouts. Nothing major but I do notice it. Is this related to T levels? I can't find your essay on naturally lowering T levels atomic, I know cutting out protein and losing muscle mass is supposed to help, what pill or what can I drink to help lower them further? Thanks!

Not necessarily. It does play a part in those great big huge ones some people get but not really just regular run of the mill pimples. http://genderdreaming.com/forum/gender-swaying-general-discussion/5166-mouth-sores-zits.html

No, they don't. Progesterone affects the consistency of the oils your skin produces and can make your pores themselves change and these things affect your skin. Nothing to do with testosterone, it's the actual effect of the progesterone itself.
