My diet is extremely boy friendly. It's really the only way I know how/what to eat. I plan on purchasing a sway 4 months or so in advance but between now and then what changes can I make to help adjust. Thanks!

Hi! I would start by trying to eat less for breakfast so the switch to no breakfast won't be so hard. I would also start recording what you eat now so you can see what your typical fat/protein/salt intake is and start thinking about where you want it/where it should be. You have a lot of time to ease into everything :)

I second what mis2ninos said. Start cutting out breakfast and then cutting out snacks! Track what you cal intake is on myfitnesspal app. Good luck

Personally I would not have you start skipping breakfast and snacks yet. I would just go fully vegetarian first.

If you have a lot of weight to lose, you may want to lose some of it sooner rather than later to remove some of the stress ("OMG I need to lose X amount before I TTC")

It's going to be super hard to go veg and also cut eggs/lentils/beans. Ugh

you don't have to do that yet. please DON'T as a matter of fact. Just cut out meat. Eat eggs, cheese, legumes, tofu, quorn, soy meat replacers, don't limit protein. There will be time for that in future.

Ok that's doable! Thanks. I'm so excited/anxious for ttc, I can't believe I still have so long to go :)
