Hi all,
i see all the familiar names have moved here also, Aabroo, Freya, Lightofmylife, Ihve not been on IG for a while, needed a break, it all starts getting to you, the diet, supps etc. i had a chemical last month just waiting for my next AF to start again, was very disheartened, felt it was probably dueto not taking enough Folic acid, with the drinks etc. took 2-3 tabs aday, it just seemed too much ie 2000mcg to be taken daily. Anyway best of luck to everyone on their sways. Aabroo how are you getting on, congrats on the preg. hope all is well, could not see recent post from you.
