Bfn this month. DTD the night before +opk and took Rephresh 12 hours before DTD.
When should I take Rephresh this month or DTD, I want to conceive!

I had a chemical pregnancy when I took rephresh just before I dtd. The month I got pregnant I took it I think about 24 hours before attempt on CD10 and straight after we dtd. I didn't do rephresh again on attempt 2 but did it afterwards again. Gl hun

Last cycle I got my +opk on CD15. should I do Rephresh on CD14, then DTD night of +opk? Would it be effective long enough?

I think that sounds right...one full applicator is supposed to cover 72 hours. (anyone feel free to correct me, I'm still learning too!)

some months are just off months even under ideal circumstances. I hate to see people feel like they HAVE to start dropping stuff when in reality it takes fully fertile couples doingnothing to sway, 3-6 months average to get pg.
My recommendation is as it has always been, to DTD once on the night of pos OPK and this would be what I would change if I were you.

it's a more or less thing tho, if you need/want to use it sooner than that it's fine.
