Is it an early pregnancy symptom?

I tend to get it the day before AF in conjunction with uterine cramping. I've had bouts of it today and yesterday and I've also been having some uterine cramping as well. 9 dpo today

Thoughts?

A little difficult to tell so early - could really be either. I had it with my last BFP. However, I used to have horrific AF with hot and cold flushes, sweats, full-thickness pain from my upper stomach to my upper thighs, vomiting and upset stomach. I would try and hold out and retest in a few days. Keep us posted! x

I'm definitely not testing yet...holding out until first thing Sunday morning
