Hello,
Joined a few days ago. Thinking about purchasing a personalized sway plan but we have so much going on that I'm not sure swaying is a good idea or realistic. Would appreciate advice.
I just turned 35, dh will be 38. We have twin boys and a third boy. We are fertility-challenged, at least we used to be. Haven't been tested in 5 years. We charted and timed everything for 12 + months to get our first BFP. We got that BFP a few days after learning that DH had low motility (3%). IVF was recommended. We used instead cups and preseed for the first time that month and basically did an at home version of AI using instead cups. Had no idea we had conceived twins until our anatomy scan. They were spontaneous. The third boy was a surprise after really no BC and no charting for 2 years.
DH is diabetic, on high blood pressure meds, and has polycystic kidney disease. His conditions and his meds cause severe bouts of ED which makes it difficult to do FR and it's easy for him to abstain for much longer than 14 days.
I have had gastric bypass (pre-kids), have thyroid disease, and have newly diagnosed anemia (number was below 9 and doc seemed really concerned about it, mentioned if it got much lower we might be looking at tranfusion). I'm on 3 iron pills a day and it's slowly going up.
Dh's kidney function is poor and he may be facing dialysis in a year or so, a transplant after than, so we don't have a ton of time to try.
We'd like to do what we can to sway pink but obviously not so much that we can't get pregnant at all. Just not sure where that line falls. Any advice? Should we invest in a personalized plan?
