Devastated, but still need your feedback and confirmation

Am 12+2 today and had my NT scan. Both DH and I saw a straight forked line, but 10 mins later tech said boy and showed us these: also got a video on a disc but it is kicking up..
Notice on bottom picture the outline of what we meant we saw in the beginning.. It is a bit like Thorz first scan... But my other photoes look too blue..128901289112892

I see what you mean, does look boyish but girlish on the last pic. I'm 50/50 can't really tell for sure

I am sorry I think your nubs look very blue, there is even a bump which I have seen referred to as a scrotal sack, the last pic I can see what you mean but baby isn't completely flat and its legs are kicked out to the side which puts the angle off! I think you should prepare to hear blue again at your next scan, but you never know!

Congrats on a healthy NT scan. i am an old bird so always feel relieved when people get that out of the way.

The first two look boyish but the nub seems to have gone flat in the third which is so strange.

I think like all of us you need to wait till confirmation to find out for sure - many techs do not like to guess this young.

Fingers crossed your baby looks this strong and healthy in your next scan and that nub shrinks back.

Try not to be devastated this early on. The nub does look boyish in the 1st 2 pics but very girly in the last pic so who knows whats in there. Its good to prepare yourself to hear blue just in case but I think thats true for all of us. Even people with very girly nub shots...you just never know. Good luck! I hope you hear pink:)

My gosh this is a hard one. That second pic is super boy, but that third pic, if what I'm seeing is nub, its super girly. I can't tell which is correct. When do you have the next scan? I'm so sorry I can't be more helpful. Trust what you saw on screen.

I wouldn't be taking anything from such an early scan! It could just be very swollen girly bits. It's way to early.

Wishing inconclusive would convince me, find it strange(and hopeful) that you really don't think you see nubs in either pictures, I think the two first are so clear.. Continue thinking blue but praying for all my might pink:)

Sorry mathilde I know how much you wanted your girl, but I know this DS is also going to add so much to your life. So glad he's healthy, take the time to accept this. It's ok to be sad or angry for a while, then find a way to get excited. With my ds2 it was decorating his room and choosing a name that distracted me. I wouldn't change him for the world.

I agree with shutterbug. You are soooo early yet. Remember, anything you see at 12ish weeks is only 50/50. I hope you hear what you want. Congrats on your healthy baby! :)
