Digital OPK and Vitex questions..

Hi everyone,

I am swaying pink. I just wanted to ask for those ladies who are using Clearblue Digital OPK's - how many times a day did you test?

And regarding Vitex - what is the actual ingredient in this? I can't find Vitex here! And I am a little hesitant to use it as I am only on my 3rd cycle after IVF / PGD and my cycles have been a bit crazy. I managed to pinpoint O day pretty well last month and think I am about to O in next few days this month, but my worry is that it throws my ovulation off when I've spent so long trying to find a pattern! Any experiences with this would be appreciated!

Just wanted to throw out there real quick...

Vitex is also called chasteberry....or agnus castus.


I used clear blue digital opks twice a day.

Vitex did delay my O by about 3-5 days so I stopped it on day 14 so I wouldn't O too late.

I also used CBE digital OPK 2x a day.

Clearblues are SOO expensive, I would not test more than 1x a day with those!!

Chasteberry or agnus castus are also Vitex.
