I just got a Zumba game and have done it for 4 days. Not sure if I'm on the right track?

No she was only doing Zumba and she lost a lot of weight too! She went from obese to normal or very close to normal.... It just goes to show there is nothing that will guarentee you that girl... I feel like I did rather well with my sway and I'm having another boy...

cardio - but keep in mind that mod. exercise of any sort combined with higher protein diet can stills way blue

I swear to you on my children's lives there is nothing inherently "boy" about Zumba. I think Zumba is great for a girl.

I've been finding it hard to lose any weight on the low protein diet as I tend to eat more carbs. I am aiming at doing this Zumba 45 mins a day 6 days a week but maybe will just jump or run on the spot as I'm finding out how un co I am!

Good to know! I have been doing high Intensity Interval Training workouts from the BeachBody stuff. It's definitely not just cardio, but muscle building, so I didn't know what I should switch to. I was considering Zumba and now I think I'll give it a try!

I'm with you, lol. I got the zumba incredible results about two months ago & I tried it for about two weeks & couldn't keep up with it. Although I'm very heavy. I kept losing my place & it felt like they were going too fast lol
